Adrian Preater is the Artisitc Director who writes, produces and performs. He is paid an irregular wage through income from bookings and dividends during rehearsal and touring periods only.

Hotbuckle employ a Creative Director who works part time and remotely to book tours and manage relationships with venues. This role is paid from dividends, only.

Hotbuckle employ professional actors on a temporary contract as and when they are required to work.

They ensure quality and consistency through an equal opportunitues audition process.

Hotbuckle offer free accommodation to all actors throughout the duration of the rehearsal period and performance schedule.

Hotbuckle strive to create affordable productions, work flexibly and closely with venues in order to create mutually beneficial financial outcomes wherever possible.
