A textbook example of how affirmative and assertive theatre-making is done.
For Les Misérables - George Fleeton, Down News
We were formed by Adrian Preater and Gemma Aston in 2006, and haven't looked back.
Starting off with the original production of Adrian's "Get Writing with Rosie", an educational play about creative writing, we then toured with a number of original works, namely Joshua and Ballad of a Bird, before Adrian started adapting novels - beginning with Great Expectations.
Hotbuckle have gone from strength to strength, and after moving from Surrey to a Shropshire base in 2013, they have continued to tour and create quality theatre.
